Totally Customized Start Menu: "XYZ" in blue hexagon instead of "start"

Hello,

I will appreciate if some one can point me ways to customize Start
Menu,Quick Launch Bar,Task Bar,Data and Time completely for XPE.

What if I need to have my own image of different size for start
button.? It might Say "My Company" in Hexagon shape for instance.

What if I need only my application shortcut to appear on startmenu? It
might have "Foo", "Widget", "Charly", ... "Exit"

What if I dont want TaskBar at all but only my custom starmenu,quick
launch and Date and time?

Hi

You should be easily to implement it by using custom shell.
