transfer digital video to MM2

It sure would help if you'd give us a clue as to what you're doing and what
happened and why you can't capture. It should be a simple matter of

1) Put the tape you want to capture in the camera, turn the camera off.

2) Turn on the computer,

3) When the computer is booted up, connect the iLink or DV port on the
camera to the computer.

4) Turn the camera on in VCR more (not Record or Camera mode).

5) Wait for some feedback on the screen telling you when the camera is
recognized.

If you haven't already done so, you should read the instructions that came
with the camera, as well as the Help in Movie Maker or the basic instructions
at www.microsoft.com/moviemaker.
