Transfer OS to new RAID array

I have just installed a new SATA RAID 0 array in my PC and
I wanted to transfer the OS (XP Pro) to the array without
having to reinstall it. Is there any way to do that? I
have a lot of stuff on my PC and I am not looking forward
to reinstalling everything and migrating my data.

Thanks for the hint, but this article applies to moving a HDD to a new PC or
installing a new MoBo. I was hoping to move my installed os from one HDD to
another in the same PC. What I really want is a way to move an image of my
current setup from the HDD where it's currently installed to my new RAID
Array. I'm gonna try using fast to restore my settings once I reinstall.
