Open Explorer or my network places. Browse to the file you want to move,highlight it, on the edit menu click copy. Browse to the folder where you
want to put it (other machine where ever) go to edit menu + click paste.

Please indicate the operating system you use. There are differences between
Win9x and XP for how to do this.
