go to papajohn.org and read the "problem solving | acceleration & codecs"stuff - you probably have a commonly known conflict.

Hi there,It sounds like you have a codec issue...its very common, and because of
that I wrote a program that solves it for you. You can download "Rename
Codecs" from my website. Read the instructions to the right of the download
Icon before you proceed. There is a warning that will appear part way into
the program that is designed to give you a chance to back out if you want
to...after some complaints I will be making it less dramatic in the next
release.

I have had exactly the same problem for 1 monthI wanted to download WMM on Microsoft sitebut i can only find the second version
If a solution is found, then tell it to each other
