Transparencies & Iron On decals

With Hp Deskjet 612C, I am wondering about
1) making iron on decals from digital camera picture
2) using Transparency "paper" to create stained glass
effect on my front door window.

Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has had success, problems in these
endeavors.
