Trouble with certain web pages, multiple users

Default Trouble with certain web pages, multiple users

Have two users installed on XP home. Both Admin.
Certain web pages (for example: Google) will not work
properly for both users. Google search engine works fine
for one user, but will not work for second user. This
occurs on the radio buttons of other web pages also
