Trouble during first charge of windows after install

First Sorry for my english. I download the vista rc1 5600 from the web and i
burn the iso file to a dvd. I tried to install it but i couldn't.

During the first start of windowsafter install i have a problem. There are a
pop-up of windeplay.exe - Bad image that says...

C:\windows\winsxs\..........\comctl32.dll is either not designed to run on
windows or it contain an error. Try installing again...

Begin three or four pop-up appair another one of "install windows" that
says...

windows could not load required file winsetup.dll, the file may be corrupt.
Restart the instalation. Error code 0xC1.

Someone can help me??
