If you put the filter in your Photoshop plug-ins folder and it does not show up after you relaunch Photoshop, it is probably because it's not compatible with your OS.Many plug-ins that worked with Photoshop 7 in Mac OS 9 are not available if you are using OSX -- which means that they won't work with Photoshop CS.
