trouble finding the 3rd party plug in, in PS

Posted: 04-07-2004, 07:00 PM
I downloaded a plug in from Alien Skin (Splat) and it works fine, then I downloaded another one and can't find it in PS. It's not at the bottom of the filters menu, and it's not in "other". Where else might it be?
