Trouble Setting Up Users

HELP!!! I'm having some issues with other user names. I may have accidentally
erased files that are needed to be able to load the different users. I have
no idea what to do.

Try this: "How to Restore the Operating System to a Previous State in
Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306084). Also you can
run the System File Checker with the command
SFC /scannow
via Start > Run to check the core files of Windows.
