Is it true that the Mac OS is a Linux Distro?

Default Is it true that the Mac OS is a Linux Distro?

OS X isn't a Linux Distro. Although some parts come from Linux and other open source software. The OS-X Linux Connection http://ccrma.stanford.edu/guides/planetccrma/OS_X.html
