Trying to clean and maintain computer

Hello,

I am in my add/remove program on computer and I found 16
of these Windows XP Hotfix (SP2) with a 6 digit number
after it starting with the Letter Q first. Do I need
these? Or can I delete them.
I also have 2 Windows XP Hotfix KB23559and KB823980 do I
need these?

These are patches and fixes you've downloaded via windows update. I say keep
'em.

They are the windows updates. Leave them be.
