Turn off Hibernation

I would like to know how to turn off hibernation for all
users on computers. All machines are XP pro. I have a
multi-user environment and would like to not have machines
going in to hibernation mode both before and after a user
logs in, ever. Is this even possible? I have all
machines on Active Directory and think that there may be a
Group Policy that I can set... does anyone have any idea
where?
Any ideas or answers would be appreciated!
