Two Bugs

When i tried to register certain active-x, ocx/dll I will receive the
"Microsoft (c) Register has stopped working" dialog box. Those active-x/dll
registration were working on other windows like XP, ME, 2003, 2000, 98.
However, some active-x registration were alright on Vista.

Secondly, I have installed an application that work similiar to Winzip (that
added menu item on Windows Explorer Context Menu ). Everytime when I click on
the menu item, i will receive "Windows Explorer has Stopped Working". Then
the program will run, Program terminated and Explorer restart.
