Default two icons at logon after updates

After windows did its auto update, I now have two identical logon icons at
the start menu?

I have the same thing happening, are you by chance running Vista

I have the same problem after autoupdate, running Vista Home Premium.

Hey everyone.

I'm having the exact same problem after an autoupdate. I'm Runing Visa
Business. When do you think Window is going to have a fix out for this little
bug?

I don't know if you have Omnipass installed, but from another thread
here, posted by JohanL:

Since I have the same problem, I am looking for help. This is a great
suggestion but how do you do it? I am not sure of myself with this Lenove,
Windows Vista and had many problems. Now it takes about 15 finger swipes to
log on
