I built image with M-system's uDOC minlogon ,USB boot 2.0 and formated the
uDOC using the utility given by the M-system . completing FBA, it shows "Disk
Read error" after restart.

I expecting suggestion , thanks in advance,

Could you try the UFPREP.EXE instead of the M-Systems utility? Just want to
see if it gives you the same problem.

The uDOC firmware must be IDing as a fixed device.

1. You might want to try M-Systems XPe boot solution instead of XPe FP2007's
USB Boot 2.0.
2. I would contact M-System to see if there is a uDOC firmware issue with
regards to USB Boot 2.0, and tell them about the problem you are running
into. They might have a better idea of the issue.

Default uDOC Boot problem

thank u,

I tried to boot the image only with M-systems minlogon macro .It shoed the
Windows logo for hours . I did not reach the Starting of the FBA.

then only I tried with USB Boot 2.0 with the component. It completed the FBA
then I get read error after the restart.

Once I tested with DOS , It booted .AT that time I formated the uDOC with
the M-sytem utility

If you saw Winlogon logo screen the FBA had likely started on yoru device and might had finished by the time you schecked it.
Anyway, check the FBA log under \windows\FBA\FBAlog.txt.
Also, looking into \windows\setupapi.log may help.

With uDOC your best bet is to stick with M-System tools. Those are tested and supported by the manufacturer.

The uDOC has it's own set of preperation and formating tools - at least it
used too. I can't seem to find the link on their website.
