UI, Glass - Maximized, Transparency Behavior

Instead of blacking out the Taskbar and title bar when a window is
maximized, it'd be much more pleasant to just make them 100% opaque while
retaining the user-specified color tint and the background of "glass" beams.

(like it is when you max up the Intensity slider in the Color Scheme
personalization)
