Unable to create VPN

One of my user's VPN connection disappeared. I've tried to recreate one, but
for reason the connection is not being saved, nor will it connect. Any
ideas?

I had the exact same problem today, rebooted - and now all is back to
normal.

I rebooted twice..........Did not resolve the problem.

I was trying this with the wireless card connected. I disable the wireless
card and connect the local area connection and tried again. Still the same
thing.

Does anyone know any changes I can make in the registry or anything I can
try to do to resolve this?
