| Hi, I received an email message with a zip file attached. I am working with Outlook 2000. the operating system is WinXP Pro. Everytime I try to unzip the file within Outlook it comes up with a wizard and wants to extract the files within my temporary internet folder. I click next and I can't get pass this point. No error messages, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you | Guest

| Try saving the file to a temp folder and extracting it there. -- Michael Solomon MS-MVP Windows Shell/User Backup is a PC User's Best Friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ "djenkins@mooseintl.org" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:116b801c441af$ea0e6270$a401280a@phx.gbl...
