 Unable to save as a jpeg image from a web page, can only save as a bmp AS of recently when trying to save an image from a web page, my system will no longer allow me to save as a jpeg. It will only allow me to save as a bmp. The "save as" pull down menu has no other options available other than a bmp. This is a new problem that has never occured before. I do not use AOL. I have a standard ISP. | Guest

| Unable to save as a jpeg image from a web page, can only save as a bmp I likewise am having this problem. The file I'm trying to save even says it's jpeg but my system defaults to bmp only no other options HELP! Quote:
