Unable to access Music saved in Real Player

I saved some music using Real Player, before updating to
Real One. I also have Windows Media Player. When I try
to play the songs saved in Real Player music, it
says "Real Player not responding" and also won't play
these songs when I tried to transfer them to Windows
Media Player or Real One.
How do I get this music to play? For some reason, I can
no longer open the file. I also am unable to open "Music
Match". Don't know if the two programs are related, or
separate issues. Any guidance how to access these music
files would be appreciated!
