Unable to click the button On writing files on CD and delete CDRW

I have a problem in my computer, when I put a CDRW in my computer , I click
" My computer"> " D-drive"> I see the files there. But in the left hand side,
there are two CD writing tasks ( Write files to CD and delete CDRW file).
When I press these button, no response.
Moreover, My CDRW has 700MB, but when I right click D-drive> Click
properties> just 350MB,and even lower after then!
Please help me to solve these problems .THX!
