Unable to install printer on w2k3 server

with the following message at the end of the install: (Add Printer
Wizard) "Unable to Install Printer. Operation could not be completed."
This is for a Zebra Thermal Label Printer that has been installed
successful before for other Zebra printers with different IP
addresses. Other printers can be installed without any issues.
I have seen a few other posts with similar problems, but no solution
yet. I have not tried making any changes to the registry - not sure
where to go or what to change. I am concerned about deleting existing
drivers or printers since other Zebra printers are in use at various
locations.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
