unable to load msn music page

the screens on the right with the recommended lists in but not the main page
it just sits there blank and the cursor just clicks continously, as though
something is blocking it. i have checked my firewalls and disabled them
..........no difference! i am getting annoyed as i have just put £50 quid on
to buy music and cannot use ! i tried the msn contact site i have a passport
it does not let me in either !
help greatly appreciated, just a simple email contact address for some techy
would do......but on no you have to log in to something, which when i log in
tells me i am not a member ??? lol oh dear i am going on a bit..sorry if
anyone has a recommendation please let me know oh yes im on xp sp2 all
updated ,latest everything blah,blah
