Unable to Print through a Netgear Hub FR114P

I cannot get Windows Vista to print to my HP 812C Printer. I have Win98 and
WinXp machine connected to the same hub and they both can print. I know it is
a config issue. I asked Netgear for help and the Dell, but they are NO
help... I have requested help from Vista, but to no avail. The printer is
connected to a serial port on the Netgear Hub ... It is a print server..
