So I'm starting a new post.
1. Cari, Can you give me the url for the update for Word Perfect that you
mentioned. . I have Word Perfect 12 -- do NOT have the whole Word Perfect
Office, however.
2. I use Thunderbird for my most of my email but cannot get my printer to
print or scan or ANY thing now. Have contacted Dell and they were unable to
help. So will try again.

I assume you have the latest version of Thunderbird
