unable to use full printer control program in restricted accounts in Windows XP

I hope someone can help me with this issue. I have a
Lexmark x6170 printer that I purchased to replace my
Lexmark Z65.

The following issues occur when switching accounts in
Windows XP. There are no issues when I log into the first
account, whether it is an account with full admin rights
or a restricted account.

When trying to print I do not get a status window, nor do
I hear the audio.

When trying to print I do not have full functionality. For
instance, when trying to print a double-sided page, I do
not get the window that pops up asking me to turn the page
over. The window does appear in an account that has full
administrator rights.

I would be most appreciative if someone can help me.
