This gives a good indication it's a driver. Be sure all your drivers are up
to date by checking the device manufacturer's web site. Start with your
graphics card and sound card as they are the most likely culprits. If you
still have the problem, check out the devices you have connected to your
system, make sure all their drivers are up to date.
You might get additional information from the event log. Open Control
Panel, go to Administrative Tools, open Event Viewer, look for errors that
correspond to when the crash occurred, double click the error, the
information contained within may give a clue as to the source of the issue.
