| Hello! It depends on the program. The only other way that I can think of is possibly if the program has a file you can execute in their install folder to uninstall. You can look in their folder for a Setup.exe and after running it may give you an option to uninstall. If the control panel can't find the uninstall, then it might be that someone has manually deleted the directory already. You might want to check. If that's the case then the best idea would be to reinstall the application over top of itself, and then remove it.
