Unknown others logged onto my computer

Whenever I go to shut down my computer I get the
following message...."OTHER PEOPLE ARE LOGGED ONTO THIS
COMPUTER. sHUTTING DOWN MAY CAUSE THEM TO LOSE DATA."
The problem is that I have only one account, as "OWNER".
Am I being hacked? How do I clear this up? Please help.
I have windows xp home edition.

Are you on a LAN?
Before logging off next time, check your
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Computer Management
Shared Folders
Sessions

Look for any attached users
This method is not conclusive, but it will offer some insight, perhaps.
