unwise.exe

When my machine boots up it hangs before the desktop is
loaded. Just get the background. I look in task manager
and Unwise.exe is taking 100% of the CPU. I can stop the
process and it jumps under the application tab and there
I can end task. The desktop will load. What is Unwise.exe
and how can I get rid of it. I uninstalled it and sent it
to the recycle bin but then my machine would not load
because of errors and not being able to find files. Help
