How does one go about upgrading to the latest version, so far I have been
through 2, and they suck. How do you get up to the 5700? versions?

You download it if you had signed up for the Customer Preview Program, but
that has now ended. You just have to wait until it RTMs or ask someone who
joined CPP to install it on your computer.
