upgrading from "Vista Home Premium" to "Vista Business" or "Vista Ultimate"

Default upgrading from "Vista Home Premium" to "Vista Business" or "Vista Ultimate"

Is there any "special" procedure to upgrade from "Vista Home Premium" to say
"Vista Business"?
