USB Flash Memory Stick error

Greetings. I have a PNY USB 2.0 memory stick that works
perfectly in a Windows 2000 OS. When I take the same
stick to my computer with Windows XP Home Ed. I get an
error message saying that there was an error loading a
filter driver. However, in application the stick works
just fine (I am able to read and write and no data loss).
I'd like to stop having to read that error message in Win
XP. Any thoughts? Thanks for your reply.
