USB Malfunctioning - Epson C60 Install

Posted: 08-31-2003, 12:54 AM
Trying to install Epson C60 driver for printer.
Downloaded most current driver from Epson web site. Once
installed, I get the following error message, "one of the
usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned or
windows does not recognize it. Try reconnecting the
devce. If windows still does not recognize it, replace
the device." USB keyboard works fine. Tried reinstalling
software and Epson Tech Support, but no luck with tips
given. Seems like a USB issue. USB is not allowing
printer to communicate with computer correctly. Any ideas
on how I can get the USB's to work properly so printer can
communicate w/printer? Thanks!
