USB Rainbow

I am trying to get a Rainbow USB (dongle) to work. I
have a program for embroidery that will not work without
the dongle. Everything including the dongle appears to
install until you attempt to open the software and it
states "no dongle. can not open". I have tried
everything. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
