USB Sound Blaster MP3+ and XP Media Center

Hi,

I used to use this usb sound card with my Sony Laptop
that had XP Pro on it and it worked fine. Now with my new
Toshiba Laptop with XP Media Center it installs, then
when i plug it in the USB it finds the USB Audio then it
Finds a USB Composite Device, which in Device mananger
has an error that says cannot start device. I have tried
everything i can from uninstalling and reinstalling
drivers and devices and i can't get anything to work and
the sound card will not work. Is there any suggestions
from anyone that might have had the same problem. I have
the P25-s607 laptop

I have the latest drivers on my computer as far as all
the updates etc but i can't get anything to work right on
it when i use the external sound card.
