Default User Accont Control and unidentified program issue at boot up

I recently purchased a new acer computer with Vista Home Premium. When I
first boot up, I

Hi Nvhokie,

SetPoint is the driver software for a Logitech mouse or keyboard.
SetPointUpdate is the update utility for this. You have to uninstall
"SetPoint" in the Control Panel (Classic View) "Programs and Features"
or reinstall the drivers to see if it will clear the message at startup.
