User account can't print using spooler.

It is the same problem as Brian Levings mentioned in
" HP new account problem" posting in this group.
I went further looking Help files and FAQ in this group
so I know it is problem with printing permissions.

Problem I have is that I can't get "Security" tab as
described in Help. For Fax it works as described, but for
my brand new Epson Stylus C62 not. I've got before Canon
BJC6000, and it was deinstalled part automaticaly, the
rest manualy.

I would like to see If someone has idea where to look for
solution.
