user account password experation

Hello,

I have added the user account component and created a new user who is in the
administrators group (1). The password however expires after x amount of
days and I would like to set to "never expire".

Where can I add this property? And what is the property to configure
password policies?

use the following command from the command prompt

net accounts /maxpwage: unlimited
