| on xp home, users with limited accounts are making desktop changes that are affecting the system globally. There is only one administrator and two users. changes either limited account user makes changes all three desktops. why is this? | Guest

| If you're referring to the deletion of shortcuts, its because these shortcuts are located in the Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop folder. If not, you'll have to be more specific about the changes that are being made.
