| Re: "Reserved Account" when setting language preferences. I configured the keyboard for two languages in the admin acct then saved the settings to the "Reserved Account". Created a new user acct and the language bar is as configured in admin. There must be much more that the admin could configure as default preferences (beyond just language settings). I am looking for suggestions about where to start? [KB articles, other tech resources, etc.] | Guest
