| Help! Whenever I try to switch user, it doesn't go to the welcome screen. Instead, it says "This computer Has Been locked". I have to type in my user name, and I can't view the users on the computer on the side. I looked in help and support, and it said classic prompt, and I did everything they told me to, but the screen I want to show doesn't. | Guest

| Hey, You can install Kazaa to the regular Program Files Folder then when you go to your sons account, right-click on the task bar, and click on the Start Menu tab on the top. Look down and you will see 2 options, one says Start Menu and the other says Classic Start Menu. If the first option is selected then you should be able to see it in the Start Menu (if not then just go to the <driveletter>:\Program Files\Kazaa folder and execute the program (kazaa.exe). You can actually do that even if the second option is selected but if you like using the start menu, just click on customize, go to the list of items and click the checkbox next to "Use personalized items" to make it blank. Press ok and it'll be in the start menu. - Deryck Henson Quote:
