| I have TWO user accounts, both "computer administrator" type. Under "change my account type," is indicated that we can DELETE it. We want to delete one of them. But can't figure out how to do it. Nothing seems to permit us to delete the user account. Does anyone know specifically how to do this?? | Guest

| If you have XP Home Edition, it's problematic to the point of not being worth the effort. If you have XP Pro, some of it can be done through the Group Policy Editor. Please check the following Knowledge Base Article for instructions and an overview: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;307882 -- Michael Solomon MS-MVP Windows Shell/User Backup is a PC User's Best Friend "Cheryl" <bound2plez@msn.com> wrote in message news:04d301c35246$2a4529f0$a401280a@phx.gbl... | I have several user accounts on my pc of which I have ADMINISTRATOR status and the rest of the family has LIMITED status. Anyone who has LIMITED status cannot access some of the programs/applications. It comes up with error messages such as 'access denied' or 'you require administrator status to access this program'. How can I enable the limited users to access these progams/applications without changing their status. | Guest
