Default User directories all being renamed to 'Documents'

Hi, our user directories are redirected to a server share i.e.
\\servername\users\username with no problems under XP, however some of our
users have now upgraded to Vista and we are now finding that the username
directories are being automatically renamed to 'Documents' on the server for
these particular users. The folders seem to co-exist quite happily without
overwriting each other, and folder re-direction still works, however from an
admin point of view we now have multiple copies of 'Documents' and no way of
knowing which folder belongs to a particluar user.
Does anyone know why this is happening, and how we can stop it?

Here's a good article explaining the difference between XP and Vista for
roaming users.

http://technet2.microsoft.com/Window....mspx?mfr=true

If you're just redirecting Documents then it's more than you need but it
does explain the difference in behavior.
