User mode driver framework (umdf) install error

I have xp sp3 with wmp10 installed and my creative zen works fine when I
try to install wmp 11 and it gives error C00D2AFB then my creative zen
driver has yellow mark. When I check the wmp install log, only error is
UMDF install error (path can't be found).

I install Umdf 1.0 alone and wudf01000 error comes: system can't find
the path specified. Umdf install log is below.

I tried uninstall clear registry keys folders etc and searched thru the
web no luck.
