Hi, I want to thank you so much to Brink for the advice I found in this
thread (and Jannie for asking the question). I had a similar problem -
had an ex-display PC from Staples who didn't wipe info off before giving
it to me. So even though I changed the name everywhere I could find it
was still coming up with Documents:Staples:etc. I took the PC back to
Staples who had it for hours & told me the only way to solve it was to
do full system recovery. I did a Google search just before starting &
found this forum.
I saved the few docs I'd created to CD, created new admin user, deleted
old one & problem solved. Thank you so much for making it easy. Now I'll
have time for the Christmas shopping!

Jannie,

Restart the computer to see if it will remove the "Ccity" since you
deleted that account. I assume that you did not name the new
Administrator account with that.
