So even though I changed the name everywhere I could find it was still coming up with Documents:Staples:etc. I took the PC back to Staples who had it for hours & told me the only way to solve it was to do full system recovery. I did a Google search just before starting & found this forum. I saved the few docs I'd created to CD, created new admin user, deleted old one & problem solved. Thank you so much for making it easy.
