User's administrative rights

Default User's administrative rights

I have XP workstations running Outlook 98. I notice with
a few, when I remove their administrative rights, and make
them limited users, Outlook no longer works.

When you say "Outlook no longer works" what exactly happens? Any error
message? How was Office installed? (ie as Administrator?)
