Try this address :
It will be found at the top of the page. Extract the files to your desktop
(or other convenient folder).
Open the folder. Click on tweakui.cpl.
It should install correctly, If it does not appear in the Control Panel, go
to windows\system32 and click
on the tweakui.cpl.
